UNLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

M & M Equipment LLC makes ever effort to assure that its products meet the highest quality and durability standards, and warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the product. 

This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation or repairs or alterations made outside our facilities.  M & M Equipment LLC shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

In order to take advantage of this warranty, the product must be returned to us with shipping charges PREPAID. Please include an explanation of the problem or complaint and a vailid return address. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our option. All repaired products will be returned to the purchaser at our expense. However, if we determine that there is no defect, or that the product has been damaged due to one of the aforementioned exclusions, we will contact the purchaser and advise them of the situation and any costs involved to repair the item. Should the purchaser decide to have the item repaired, the product will be repaired and returned at the original purchaser’s expense. Should the purchaser decide against having the item repaired, the product will be returned at the original purchaser’s expense.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
